Our Carrigtwohill studio is the closest to Little Island, about 8 minutes along the N25 with free parking on site. If you work on the island, it is an easy stop on the way home rather than a special trip.
We run classes at six studios across County Cork, so if your week changes or you would rather train closer to home, there are other options within reach. Every studio offers group classes for all levels, one to one sessions, and a free taster class.
Reformer Pilates is a low impact way to get stronger, more flexible and more confident in your body. It uses a specially designed machine called the Reformer, which uses spring based resistance to give you both support and challenge in equal measure.

Every session is designed and led by our Chartered Physiotherapists and expert instructors, so you are in safe, knowledgeable hands from the very first class.
