Our PreNatal Reformer Pilates classes are designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with safe, effective movement that adapts alongside your changing body.
Led by experienced instructors, each class focuses on maintaining strength, mobility, and confidence while working within safe positions that are appropriate for pregnancy. As your body changes, exercises are modified to provide comfort and support while helping you stay active throughout your pregnancy.
A strong emphasis is placed on breathing techniques, core awareness, posture, pelvic stability, and whole-body strength. These sessions are designed not only to help you feel stronger during pregnancy but also to prepare your body for labour, birth, and your postnatal recovery.
Every exercise can be adapted to suit your individual stage of pregnancy and comfort level, allowing you to exercise safely while remaining challenged as appropriate.
