A native of Co. Donegal, Bronagh studied International Marketing with Languages after school. Following a career shift, she now teaches Reformer Pilates at Max Physio in Clonakilty, Bandon and Skibbereen.
Bronagh is trained in Reformer Pilates, holds a Mat Pilates qualification from Balanced Body, and in early 2026 completed a comprehensive and intensive Mat Pilates training with PTTI. She also completed the Pilates for Osteoporosis course with APPI in 2026, further developing her knowledge of safe and effective exercise for people with low bone density and osteoporosis. Her teaching is informed by training in anatomy and physiology, supporting safe, effective movement and a strong focus on fundamentals.
Bronagh believes that getting the basics right is key to building lasting strength and flexibility, both in the studio and in everyday life. Her classes are challenging, varied, and always delivered with a sense of fun.
Outside of Pilates, Bronagh works as a designer and marketing consultant with Irish brands. She also enjoys music, singing, reading, and making her own natural skincare products. Family life keeps her busy with GAA matches, music lessons, and gigs.
A former sports-avoider who favoured music and Irish dancing, Bronagh discovered Pilates while managing back pain—and never looked back. She’s living proof that Pilates is for everyone.
