Where can I do Reformer Pilates near Douglas?

If you are looking for Reformer Pilates in Douglas, our closest studio is in Carrigaline, roughly 10 minutes away by car. There is free parking directly outside, so there is no hunting for a space before class.

Douglas sits between the city and the harbour towns, which puts several of our studios within easy reach. Carrigaline is the most convenient, and Carrigtwohill is an option if you are travelling from the eastern side. Both run group classes for all levels, one to one sessions, and a free taster class to get you started.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a low impact way to get stronger, more flexible and more confident in your body. It uses a specially designed machine called the Reformer, which uses spring based resistance to give you both support and challenge in equal measure.

It really is for everybody. Whether you are recovering from an injury, brand new to exercise, easing into your golden years, or already active and after something fresh, our classes meet you where you are. Every session is designed and led by our Chartered Physiotherapists and expert instructors, so you are in safe, knowledgeable hands from the very first class.

The benefits go far beyond fitness. Think better posture, stronger muscles, improved balance, less pain, and a deeper connection between your mind and body. Each week we welcome a wonderful mix of people through our doors, from postnatal mums and busy office workers to sportspeople looking to perform at their best.
