Our Mummy & Baby Reformer Pilates programme is a welcoming 6-week course designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and mobility after pregnancy – all while keeping your little one close by.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or once you have been cleared to return to exercise by your medical professional), these classes provide a gentle and progressive approach to recovery. Sessions focus on rebuilding core and pelvic stability, improving posture, strengthening the whole body, and helping you feel more confident as you transition back into exercise.

Your baby is welcome to attend each class and will remain close to you throughout the session. For everyone’s safety, classes are best suited to babies who are not yet highly mobile, allowing you to focus on your exercises while keeping your little one nearby.

Exercises are carefully progressed over the six weeks to match your recovery, ensuring you are challenged safely and appropriately. Whether you’re looking to regain strength, improve energy levels, or simply enjoy dedicated time for yourself and your baby, our supportive environment is designed to help you move with confidence.
