Our Charleville studio is the nearest to Kilmallock, around 11 minutes south across the county bounds, with free parking on site.
Charleville runs both physiotherapy and Reformer Pilates, with separate timetables for each. Group classes cater for all levels, and one to one sessions are available if you would rather start privately or have something specific to work on.
Reformer Pilates is a low impact way to get stronger, more flexible and more confident in your body. It uses a specially designed machine called the Reformer, which uses spring based resistance to give you both support and challenge in equal measure.
It really is for everybody. Whether you are recovering from an injury, brand new to exercise, easing into your golden years, or already active and after something fresh, our classes meet you where you are. Every session is designed and led by our Chartered Physiotherapists and expert instructors, so you are in safe, knowledgeable hands from the very first class.
The benefits go far beyond fitness. Think better posture, stronger muscles, improved balance, less pain, and a deeper connection between your mind and body. Each week we welcome a wonderful mix of people through our doors, from postnatal mums and busy office workers to sportspeople looking to perform at their best.
If you would prefer a more personal start, book a one to one at Charleville. You will get tailored guidance, a proper introduction to the Reformer bed, and plenty of tips to help you get the most out of your Pilates journey.
And if you are ready to commit, our new member offer gives you four Reformer Pilates classes for just 60 euro. It is a lovely way to build your confidence and start feeling the benefits straight away.
