Stefanie started gymnastics as a child and later became a coach. After a break, she returned to teaching gymnastics and eventually qualified as a Pilates instructor. She pursued advanced training in Pilates for rehabilitation through the AFPA, focusing on effective exercises to aid injury recovery, improve functional strength, enhance movement efficiency, and manage pain.
Stefanie has also studied holistic nutrition and trained in yoga, fitness, and fascial techniques. To provide personalised support, she further qualified as a personal trainer, allowing her to work one-to-one with clients.
Before she became a full time coach a few years ago she was working in an office as a sales person and then as an assistant. Now she is doing her coaching as a passion.
