Sabina is a native of Poland with a Masters Degree in Physical Education from the University of Krakow. Sabina worked as a ballroom dance instructor in Poland before moving to Ireland (Galway) in 2007. While in Galway Sabina became a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and has gained 15 years experience in various yoga and Pilates styles from Stott Pilates Mat level 1&2, Barre and Reformer Pilates, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Sabina has also worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with leading sports teams and clubs in GAA, rugby, rowing and athletics as well as teaching kids yoga and elderly rehabilitation classes (Pilates, chair yoga and aqua aerobics).
Sabina enjoys updating and broadening her training in the areas of anatomy, disability studies, relaxation techniques and yoga for athletes to help tailor her classes to meet the needs of the individual. Sabina moved to Cork in 2020 where she continues to work as a yoga and Pilates instructor and joined the Max Physio team in 2022.
