Kieran graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiology from University College Cork before completing an MSc in Physiotherapy at Teesside University in 2018. He began his career in the UK, gaining broad clinical experience through core hospital rotations before moving into private practice. Throughout his career, Kieran has developed a particular passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a focus on exercise prescription, APPI Clinical Pilates, dry needling and hands-on manual therapy. He is committed to providing evidence-based, individualised care, helping patients recover from injury, manage pain and return to the activities they enjoy.

Alongside private practice, Kieran has worked with competitive sports teams, serving as Lead Physiotherapist for the Skycity Stampede Ice Hockey Team during their 2021–2022 New Zealand National Championship-winning season. More recently, he completed the Safe Rugby Level 2 Pitch-Side course and has been the Lead Physiotherapist for Cloyne Senior Hurling Team.

Kieran is passionate about helping people of all ages and activity levels achieve their health and wellbeing goals through personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy.

Outside of work, Kieran has always enjoyed an active lifestyle. Growing up, he played a variety of sports, including hurling, Gaelic football and rugby. He now spends his free time trail running, mountain biking & skiing.
