Kavita is a committed and highly motivated CORU-registered Physiotherapist with over eight years of diverse experience, including three years in Dubai and prior work in India. She has had the privilege of treating individuals of all ages and nationalities, helping them overcome disabilities that impact their daily lives. Her passion lies in supporting people to regain independence, restore confidence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Specialising in Community Physiotherapy, Kavita has extensive expertise in Women’s Health, Geriatric Rehabilitation, and Industrial Health. She prioritises addressing the root causes of conditions rather than merely alleviating symptoms and places a strong emphasis on educating her clients to empower them in their recovery.
Kavita has a particular interest in treating low back pain and strongly believes in the effectiveness of manual therapy. She is an internationally certified Mulligan practitioner, with additional international training in Kinesiotaping (Levels 1 and 2), and has completed a certified course in Mat and Ball Pilates. Known for her strong interpersonal skills, Kavita fosters a positive rapport with her clients, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment throughout their treatment journey.
