Grace grew up in Charleville and qualified as a physiotherapist from RCSI, Dublin in 2022. Grace spent 2 years in Vancouver, Canada gaining experience in Sports physio, Paediatric physio and learning to ski. Grace completed her mat pilates qualification in London and is now looking forward to teaching reformer pilates in her hometown.
Grace is passionate about using movement as medicine and, most importantly, making it enjoyable.
