Aoife is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a background in sports injury, manual therapy, and pelvic health. Having worked with elite athletes and in leading healthcare settings in Dublin, Reading, and London, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Over the past four years, Aoife has developed a passion for pelvic health therapy, specialising in women’s and men’s health, including pessary fitting (pessary fitting service coming soon to MaxPhysio).
Aoife’s approach focuses on putting you at the centre of your care, using joint decision-making and personalised goals to help you overcome barriers and achieve self-management.
