Our Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Program is a comprehensive program designed by Chartered Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors with over 40 years experience.
Developed specifically for the people we see in clinics everyday and with proven results.
This course will:
- Provide a holistic approach to functional movement for the general population
- Teach why we need to incorporate certain movements for the rehabilitation population Vs the Well and Fit
- Integrate preventative health strategies and messaging that translates into a class program and setting
- Progress exercises and class planning from beginner through to a challenging full body repertoire
The Course
April 13/14th April (9.15 am to 5.15pm both days)
– 16 hours contact over 2 days
May 25/26th (9.15 am to 5.15pm both days)
– 16 hours contact over a weekend
Online | 3 – 4Â online sessions
– anatomy / class programming / machine safety / tutorials
Exam to be completed at a later date
Course includes:
- Manual with all exercises and descriptions plus relevance to rehab
- Access to online supporting video library of exercises
