Aoife is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a background in sports injury, manual therapy, and pelvic health. Having worked with elite athletes and in leading healthcare settings in Dublin, Reading, and London, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Over the past four years, Aoife has developed a passion for pelvic health therapy, specialising in women’s and men’s health, including pessary fitting.
Aoife’s approach focuses on putting you at the centre of your care, using joint decision-making and personalised goals to help you overcome barriers and achieve self-management.
