Sarah Turtle
Reformer Pilates Instructor
Sarah is currently studying Marketing in MTU. She is a new instructor at MaxPhysio.
At 16, Sarah suffered a severe injury, breaking her knee and tearing her Achilles tendon. This led to two long years of physiotherapy, during which she had to relearn how to walk. Once her recovery progressed, she turned to fitness to rebuild her strength. However, in early 2024, her knee pain returned, prompting her to try Pilates. The low-impact exercises not only eased her pain but also became a crucial part of her fitness routine. Inspired by the results, Sarah decided to become a Pilates instructor and signed up for the Max Physio teacher training course, where she later accepted a job in the Carrigaline studio, eager to help others experience the same healing benefits.
