Lucy Kampff
Reformer Pilates Instructor
Lucy joined the Max Physio team after completing our Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Programme in 2024. Her path to Pilates was inspired by her own experience living with Erb’s Palsy, a condition caused by a birth injury to her right shoulder. Having worked with physiotherapists since she was a child, Lucy has a strong understanding of the body and how movement can build strength and confidence.
She discovered Reformer Pilates in 2018 while living in Australia and quickly saw how it improved her core strength and mobility. That experience sparked a passion for Pilates, and she went on to qualify in Mat Pilates in 2022, teaching part-time until the opportunity to train fully in Reformer came along.
Lucy brings a thoughtful and adaptable approach to her classes, drawing on her own experience to support clients of all abilities. She strongly believes that movement is medicine—and her own progress proves it.
Outside the studio, Lucy works as a professional dog trainer and is rarely seen without a dog by her side. She loves hiking, yoga, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
