Jack Sedon
Physiotherapist
Jack graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016 and began his career in the NHS at Warrington Hospital. During his year as a rotational physiotherapist, he gained valuable experience across orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients, and surgical rehabilitation.
Jack then moved to Chester, where he worked as a musculoskeletal specialist for several years, ultimately becoming an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner. In this role, he served as the musculoskeletal consultant for four GP practices, where he was responsible for ordering medical tests and referring patients for surgery when necessary. Jack has a particular interest in treating shoulder injuries and combines manual therapy with patient education, empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery.
Originally from the UK, Jack recently made the move to West Cork and, as an avid runner, is excited to explore the stunning Irish countryside.
