Ellen is a Chartered Physiotherapist and a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor. Ellens interest and participation in sport have led her physiotherapdy and she enjoys working with an athletic population as well as the those who are ready to start their health journey through movement which also compliments her work in the HSE as a physiotherapist on the ward.
