At MaxPhysio and Pilates, we combine expert care with movement to help you live a stronger, healthier life. Reformer Pilates is at the heart of what we do—it’s a form of exercise that uses a specially designed machine called the Reformer, which offers resistance and support to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence.

The Reformer allows people of all ages and abilities to work on their fitness in a safe, low-impact way. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, completely new to exercise, entering your golden years, or already active and looking for a challenge, our classes are tailored to meet you where you are.

We welcome a wide range of clients into our studios every week—from those managing long-term conditions, to postnatal mums, office workers easing tightness and stress, to sportspeople enhancing performance and preventing injury.

The benefits of Reformer Pilates are wide-reaching: better posture, stronger muscles, improved balance, reduced pain, and a deeper mind-body connection. It’s not just about looking after your body—it’s about moving through life with ease, energy, and strength.
