Pallavi Sharma

Pallavi is a dedicated CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy and extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy and has worked with athletes and active individuals across both clinical and high-performance sports environments, helping them recover from injury, improve movement, and return safely to activity.
She previously practiced in Ireland providing patient-centred physiotherapy care through HSE services, focusing on comprehensive assessment and personalised rehabilitation programmes to restore mobility and function. She has also freelanced with local football and rugby clubs, providing match-day physiotherapy and acute injury management to various clubs in Ireland.
Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Physiotherapist at MR sports science centre, specialising in sports injury assessment, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. She also worked extensively on field with football club, providing pitch-side care, injury management, and rehabilitation support.
Pallavi has been involved in a number of national and international sporting events, including swimming championships, football leagues, and shooting competitions, which has strengthened her expertise in sports injury management and performance rehabilitation.
Her treatment approach focuses on sports-specific rehabilitation, combining hands-on therapy, sport-specific strengthening, movement correction, and progressive return-to-play programmes to help athletes recover safely and perform at their best.
