Méabh is currently studying Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Limerick and is a new instructor at MaxPhysio.
Through her studies she has developed a strong understanding of the science-backed benefits of reformer pilates and is excited to share this knowledge with her clients through engaging, effective classes.
A passionate sports enthusiast, Méabh has played a wide range of team sports throughout her life. She currently plays Camogie and Football with her local clubs and has represented her schools from a young age in GAA, hockey and basketball. Méabh won a County and Munster medal with her local Camogie team in 2025!
As an athlete, Méabh deeply understands the importance of injury prevention. She values Reformer Pilates for its role in strengthening the muscles around its joints, improving flexibility and increasing joint mobility all contributing to a body that is resilient and less prone to strains or sprains.
Outside of sport and reformer pilates, Méabh enjoys spending time at the gym, relaxing in the sauna and pool, going to the beach with her dog, and watching Netflix.
