Who are Reformer Pilates One-To-One sessions for?:

Reformer Pilates one-to-one sessions are ideal for anyone recovering from injury, managing a health condition, or looking to build confidence before joining a class.

They’re a great option for those who prefer personalised coaching and want to focus on specific goals at their own pace. These sessions also offer an excellent starting point for beginners who would like a clear understanding of their current level and guidance on where to begin.

In many cases, one-to-one sessions are used as an assessment to help clients find the most suitable class level for their needs.

Reformer Pilates offers a wide range of benefits that go far beyond the physical. Clients often experience improved posture, mobility, and overall strength, particularly in the core.

The focus on controlled movement and alignment helps reduce the risk of injury and supports long-term functional fitness. Many also notice enhanced body awareness and confidence in how they move, both during sessions and in everyday life.

Reformer Pilates supports mental wellbeing too, with its emphasis on mindful movement and breath, creating space for calm and focus. Over time, these benefits add up to lasting improvements in how you feel, move, and function.

A private session is especially beneficial if you haven’t been active for a while, are dealing with an injury, or are recovering from surgery.
