Bronagh White
Reformer Pilates Instructor
A native of Co. Donegal, Bronagh studied International Marketing with Languages at DCU and spent most of her career working for both international and local brands in various sales and marketing roles.
Now fully focused on teaching, Bronagh instructs Reformer Pilates classes at Max Physio in Clonakilty & Skibbereen. She is trained in Reformer Pilates and also holds a Mat Pilates qualification from Balanced Body. Committed to continuous learning, Bronagh actively studies and explores new Pilates methods to deepen her practice and bring fresh insights to her classes.
Personal interests:
When she’s not creating new Pilates routines and listening to Pilates podcasts, Bronagh enjoys unwinding with music, singing, and a good book. She’s also passionate about natural skincare and loves making her own products. Outside of work, her kids keep her on her toes with a busy schedule of GAA matches, music lessons and gigs—all of which she wouldn’t miss for the world!
Despite missing Donegal, she considers herself extremely lucky to have lived in beautiful West Cork since 2007 with her husband and two children.
Philosophy or approach:
Bronagh believes that getting the basics right is the key to building strength and flexibility over time, with benefits that last both in the studio and in everyday life.
Bronagh prefers not to take herself too seriously and this translates into her Pilates classes. Her sessions are challenging but always fun, with routines that change week to week to keep everyone motivated and engaged.
Fun fact:
Bronagh spent most of her childhood avoiding sports in favour of music and Irish dancing. However, she finally discovered an exercise that she loved when she started Pilates at Max Physio to help with back pain. She’s living proof that Pilates is for everyone.
